The Hudson to Housatonic (H2H) Regional Conservation Partnership, Norwalk Land Trust and Highstead staff developed an urban conservation mapping tool and guide for the City of Norwalk. H2H is an interstate public private partnership collaborating across geographic and political boundaries to advance conservation planning in the H2H region while helping make connections between people and nature.
